Timothy joined QICN in January 2026.
After graduating with a BA in Digital Film Production from Ravensbourne University London, she worked in the charity sector, supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to progress into degree apprenticeships and employment.
Outside of work, Timothy has been a member of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets since 2014. As a volunteer member of staff, she is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals. Through her volunteering, she has taken part in expeditions to Ghana, Costa Rica, and Peru, working alongside local communities and contributing to meaningful projects.
