- The Dementia surveillance factsheet has been updated with March 2024 data. It shows the disparities across England in relation to the diagnosis of people with dementia and the care they receive.
- Dementia profile updates (gov.uk) – this interactive tool is designed to improve the availability and accessibility of information on dementia. The profile is structured around the NHS England well pathway for dementia with indicators arranged into 5 data domains: 1.the pathway on a page; 2. preventing well; 3. diagnosing well and prevalence; 4. living well and supporting well; 5. dying well.
