The QNI Leaves Social Media Platform ‘X’
26 February 2025
The Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI) has made the decision to archive its account on the social media platform ‘X’. The account will no longer be updated but will remain visible for the time being as an archive source.
The decision was made as the QNI has decided that its values no longer align with those of the social media platform.
The QNI can be followed on its other social media accounts, which are all regularly updated.
QNI Head of Communications Matthew Bradby commented, “We have noticed that many people in our nursing and healthcare networks are no longer engaging on X. If people tag us or send us direct messages on X, these may not be seen, so we’d ask people to use other ways of contacting us and to follow the QNI on Bluesky.”
